The NMC Brand
- To protect college brand integrity and trademark protections, users may not upload NMC logos, including the hawk owl, wordmarks, mascots, graphic elements, institutional photography, video or other branded assets into third-party AI applications to generate new logos, illustrations, stylized imagery or other derivative visual assets.
- All visual materials representing NMC must comply with the college's and guidelines. If there is a question, NMC Public Relations, Marketing & Communications makes the final determination.
- Using AI tools with NMC brand assets is permissible in NMC institutionally-recommended tools as defined in such as Canva accounts (created by PRMC), Gemini or Gemini Notebook, as long as the assets are kept in their original form and no brand variations are generated .
